Coastal Partners engineering and maintenance staff are highly trained and experienced in all types of commercial property maintenance, including:

Electrical – We work on 110, 220 and 480 volt equipment including lighting, convenience outlets, lighting controls, motors, fans and energy management systems.

Plumbing – We are expert in all range of plumbing repairs and maintenance, including installation of new sinks, toilets, ice machines and refrigerator water lines.

Tenant Décor – Our staff can assist tenants with hanging pictures, moving file cabinets, painting and other light duty maintenance tasks.
