Coastal Partners, on behalf of Pan Am SEC I, LLC, purchased a 138,000 SF, lender-owned office building in the downtown Indianapolis CBD. Despite several large tenant departures in 2008- 2009, the sponsor was able to re-tenant the property and maintain occupancy.
