INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
Coastal Partners, on behalf of ownership, purchased this sin¬gle tenant building in 2007 as part of a larger portfolio. The spon¬sor managed and leased the asset through the 2008-2012 recession and built out the tenant space to custom specifications. Subsequently, a new seven-year lease with Magnetek, INC. (NYSE: MAG) was executed and then the property was sold to a 1031 investor in October 2014.
