Coastal Partners, on behalf of Delp TIC, purchased the 153,216 SF industrial building with 9.4 acres of land with two active rail spurs. Coastal leased the vacant industrial building to several tenants. The building was located in the Southeastern submarket of Memphis known as Airport Industrial Park.
