CP TYNDALE

BUILD TO SUIT / REPOSITION

Coastal Partners, on behalf of CP Tyndale, was hired to re- acquire and reposition this 75,000 SF office building. Originally built as a corporate headquarters for a single user. Coastal Partners was hired to help reposition and lease the asset upon the termination of the original user’s lease. The building was converted from a single use to a multi-use facility. The ground floor was turned into a state-of-the-art lab and office space. The 2nd floor was leased to FedEx for a 24/7 service center. Once the leases and improvements were completed, the building was then sold.
