DISTRESSED NOTE PURCHASE / ADAPTIVE RE-USE

Coastal Partners, on behalf of CP Latham Investors purchased a 641,000 SF bank owned industrial building in 2012. After purchase, it was determined that rehab and modernization was not cost effective. The building was demolished and the partnership signed a long term NNN lease with Fed Ex Ground to be used as a parking facility. Shortly after signing the lease, and completing the parking facility, the property was sold.
