ADAPTIVE RE-USE/REDEVELOPMENT

Coastal Partners, on behalf of CP 3500 Cincinnati, LLC, purchased a vacant 365,000 SF manufacturing building situated on 211 acres of land. Coastal Partners fully entitled the land for industrial development and lot sales. Coastal also oversaw the buildout of several million dollars of infrastructure improvements throughout the property. Additionally, the existing manufacturing plant was gutted and repositioned for multi-tenant industrial use with a 24,000 SF office component. Coastal successfully sold off the parcels, including a fully entitled 110-acre facility to Carvana.
