INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

Coastal Partners, on behalf of CP Northgate, LLC, purchased the 57,657 SF retail/office complex and two restaurant grounds leases in November 2007. The sponsor managed the property through occupancy declines during the 2008-2012 recession. Once stabilized the project was sold off in parts. First the restaurant ground leases were sold in 2014 and 2015, followed by the retail center and eventually the two office buildings.
