As Vice President of Property Management for Coastal Partners, LLC, Jeff oversees the operation of the company’s properties nationwide. Jeff is charged with ensuring that Coastal Partners’ high standards of tenant relations, property maintenance and upkeep and asset value protection are maintained.

Over the past 30 years, Jeff has been in similar roles for institutional landlords including MetLife, The New England Life Insurance Company and Principal Mutual Life, as well as a diverse group of private property owners. Jeff’s experience in managing and leasing all types of commercial and multi-family residential properties dovetails with the demands of Coastal Partners’ diversified portfolio of industrial, office and retail real estate assets.

Joining the company in 2011, Jeff has brought his diversity and longevity of hands-on property management experience, and the best practices he has learned and developed to bear in improving the processes and performance of all of Coastal Partners’ real estate assets.

Prior to joining Coastal Partners, Jeff acted in a consulting role for institutional and private investment property owners and fee management companies.

Jeff holds an undergraduate Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California as well as a Master’s Degree in Business from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Jeff is a California licensed Real Estate Broker.
