Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Coastal Partners, LLC, Brett oversees all of the Company’s projects and operations throughout the Nation.  In this role, Brett is responsible for guarantying that the Company and its projects are managed to the highest standards, continuously striving to achieve maximum values.  Most importantly he ensures that this is accomplished while maintaining the values of honesty, integrity and perseverance that Coastal Partners has become known for over the years.

Over the past 20 years, Brett has been responsible for developing, acquiring and leasing millions of square feet of, office, industrial, retail and hospitality projects throughout the Nation.  He has built strong, long lasting relationships with tenants, lenders, vendors and partners while successfully negotiating leases, purchases and sales.

Utilizing his architectural and business skills, Brett has played a key role in the company’s successful repositioning and redevelopment of its value add projects throughout the country.  Coastal Partners success in this area, and its relationships, has led to numerous new opportunities where this specialized skill has been put to use.

Prior to founding Coastal Partners, Brett was President and co-founder of Sierra Crest Equities, LLC – a regional full service development company.  Brett holds a Masters in Architecture and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, and he studied at the School of Architecture in Versailles, France.
